Comeback Community Spotlight: July Baily

Today, we're celebrating someone who shows exactly how much one foster family can change a dog's entire future.
July Baily is a wonderful supporter of animal rescues throughout our community, and we were lucky enough to have her foster one very special Comeback Pack puppy: Fawn, now Mayday.
When Fawn needed a safe place to land, July and her family stepped up — and they did everything right. They gave her time to decompress. They slowly introduced her to their young children and resident dogs. They helped her build confidence, crate trained her, and gave her the structure and security she needed to thrive. She went from shy little puppy in a horrible situation to a friendly and happy companion.
And then came the cherry on top: July introduced Fawn to the person who would ultimately become her forever family.
Today, Mayday is absolutely thriving. July still gets updates, and we truly could not have dreamed up a better ending for this little girl.
But that happy ending started with one simple thing: someone saying yes to fostering.
July's impact goes far beyond Fawn. She supports multiple rescues in our community and has also helped connect rescue organizations with the incredible community powerhouse that is Baily's Old Town. She is the kind of person who doesn't just love dogs — she finds ways to make things happen for them.
We have so many superstar fosters and volunteers right now that choosing who to spotlight each week is becoming genuinely difficult. What an amazing problem to have.
Thank you, July — and the entire Baily family. Because fostering really is a family effort.
